We’re Good Company Hospitality, an independently owned hospitality group behind Custodian Kitchen and Regulator Café in Melbourne’s south-east.
Our venues have their own personalities, but share a simple purpose: to serve good food and coffee, welcome people warmly, and create places our communities love coming back to.
Being independent gives us the freedom to shape each café around its neighbourhood, back our people’s ideas, and build a business that reflects our values. We want each venue to retain the character that makes it its own.
We believe good hospitality is built through everyday care—in the kitchen, behind the coffee machine, and in the way we look after our guests and each other. Our people are central to that, and we’re committed to building workplaces where expectations are clear, contributions matter, and there’s room to learn and grow.
